Today, the students began to work in earnest on multiplying decimals using grid paper. The work throughout the first half of the decimal unit was very good and I enjoyed getting to see the effort students put into their work today.
Later in the school day, the students looked closely at the Stamp, Sugar and Quartering Acts and their impact on the mood of the colonies.
Homework
Reading - 30 minutes of quiet reading per night
Blog Post - The students should write a three paragraph essay explaining what their favorite fantasy book is and why they enjoy it. Due Friday April 6th
