As part of their larger piece of narrative writing, the fifth graders are also working on a short author's note to attach to the piece. This note will include their rationale for choosing which perspective and genre they chose to write in. Our goal is to have all of the kids across the finish line by Friday.
As a reminder, on Friday, the fifth graders are welcome to bring in Valentine's Day cards for their classmates.
