The start of the new week, saw the fifth graders approach the conclusion of the first unit during math class. Today, the students in A303 looked to be the finishing touches on some work that was begun last Friday. There was also some time at the conclusion of the lesson for kids to partner up to play the division compare game.
We were also able to dedicate some time to our writing in the later stages of the school day. Many of the students have begun to use a graphic organizer to formulate their opinion of the state of zoos in 2019.
Homework
Reading - 30 minutes of quiet reading per night, logs will be due on Friday 10/11
Math - finish workbook pages 67 and 68, due Friday 10/11
