This is going to be an exciting week for the fifth graders. On Wednesday, the author George O'Connor is paying the Thompson a visit. The kids will get to hear the author talk about his work and they will also get to have copies of his book autographed. Then on Friday, we are going to meet with our book buddies in second grade for the second time this year.
In our classroom we are approaching the home stretch for all fifth graders to complete their opinion pieces and we are also going to continue to explore decimals in math class.
