The students put the finishing touches on a division poster that incorporated some of the key vocabulary and division strategies that we have been working on this week. I applaud those who also took the time to present their posters to some of their peers.
Fifth graders also returned to their reading notebooks to add another entry in a similar vein to yesterday's work. The students continue to build their writing muscles and it is great to see.

Fifth graders also have a number of forms to fill out and return related to science camp. These are part of a larger packet that contain valuable information about the upcoming trip. We are also in need of chaperones who would be willing to stay overnight in Rhode Island. Please let me know if you would be able to help in that regard as soon as possible. These documents should all be returned by Friday September 27th
