Fifth graders continued their work with another short story as part of our literary writing unit. Today, the kids read Spaghetti by Cynthia Rylant. The last two days have been top shelf writing lessons. I was impressed with the responses that the kids were giving to some inference questions.

As a reminder, please return safety patrol permission slips as soon as possible.
