Fifth graders began to look at the book, The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind. This final anchor text in our clean water unit, is always one that the kids seem to enjoy. We made some group observations and predictions about the story and began to work with it in our small reading groups.

Homework

Reading - fill out reader's log on a nightly basis and keep track of minutes read over the course of the week

Math - finish pages 405 and 406 if not done in class, due Friday 3/13
