Today, we had an introductory lesson pertaining to our next reading unit. We are going to start looking at clean drinking water and its scarcity in some parts of the world. The students looked at a short news article and answered some focus questions together.
Later in the day, the members of A303 continued to work on a science project. Each student has selected one of the planets in our solar system and they are now creating a slide presentation on their iPads that will eventually be shared with their peers. The kids are doing a nice job with this.
