10/6/17

I thought that this was a productive week for the members of M102. They accomplished much across all of our subjects. Work continued on PEMDAS problems in math class. The students rose to the occasion when faced with some increasingly challenging puzzles today.

This week also saw the fifth graders working to further their opinion writing pieces and progressing deeper into the heart of Bud, Not Buddy. Not to be forgotten, in social studies, the students showed their knowledge of states and their capitols.

I was pleased with the effort and hard work of all 19 of my students. I hope everyone has a nice long weekend.

The fifth graders also received paperwork concerning the fifth grade trip to science camp in early December. There are a number of forms that need to be signed and returned to school as well as information for parents at home. In addition, the fifth grade team is on the look out for chaperones to stay over different days down at the Alton Jones camp.
