3/3/15

On this early release day, students continued their work with dividing whole numbers by fractions. Students were presented with a number of challenging problems that built on the work that was started yesterday. As we look ahead, we are fast approaching the unit four assessment. I am confident that all students in my class are capable of turning out positive results. Math extra help is offered tomorrow after school.

Due to the altered schedule, room 312 was also presented with a nice opportunity to get to work on their 13 colonies research project for an extended period of time. Today, many students turned their attention to geographic characteristics and the importance of religion within the region that they selected. Students have done a nice job of collaborating on their research to this point.
