Students completed their postcards in reading today. The class also took an assessment to judge their comprehension to this point in the novel. We will continue the book this Friday.

I would advise my students to continue to research their colonial region at home. Students have had ample time in the classroom to work on this project. But all students would benefit from bringing some additional information in from work at home.


Homework

Math - third page in math packet

Tenmarks assignment - due Friday March 6th

Reading - 30 minutes of quiet reading and fill out reader's log on nightly basis

Blog topic: What connections have you been able to make between Bud Not Buddy and The Mighty Miss Malone. To this point in the book, which novel do you like better Bud or Deza?

Social Studies - continue to compile additional research on 13 colonies project
