Room 312 began their work dividing whole numbers by fractions during math today. Students did a great job representing their work with models and justifying their answers verbally in front of the class. We will continue this work tomorrow.
Students also continued their reading of Number the Stars. Students read a chapter together in small groups and then began the work of designing a postcard which was addressed to one of our characters. These are turning out well and will be hung up in the classroom

Reading - 30 minutes of quiet reading and fill out reader's log on nightly basis
